If for ANY reason and at any time up to 6 months (180  days) after you receive your Sedona Method Course you are not satisfied, send it back and we will make sure that you receive a full and complete, 100% refund less shipping and handling.

The shipping and handling on the FREE introductory packet is non-refundable. However, it is fully applicable towards the shipping and handling of the Sedona Method Course if used within the first 30 days of receipt.

For all other books and audio recordings besides the free DVD and CD, and The Sedona Method Course, there is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can either exchange the full value of the item purchased for any other product or you can receive a cash refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges are Fair and Simple

If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it. Your replacement will be shipped to you once you call us and let us know of the defect. You will not have to wait until we receive your defective product. We trust you to return your defective product in a timely manner!

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items

It is pertinent that you place your name and order number on the address label or the outside of the package, as we will not accept any packages without one. In addition, please put your name and address on the inside of the package with the reason for your return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use a carrier with package tracking such as United States Post Office with Return Receipt Requested, or UPS.

Refunds
 
Refunds generally take 2-3 weeks once we have received and processed the returned item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by check or by credit to your card if you pay by credit card.
 

Retreat/Seminar Refund Policy
All Sedona Method courses conducted by Sedona Training Associates are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason you may transfer your ticket to another course date. You may not, however, apply the ticket to another course type. There will be a $100 Change Fee due at cancellation and the credit card used at the time of registration will be charged.  When rescheduling, the ticket must be used before the expiration date or the next course being offered otherwise the ticket will expire.  Please note; this policy only applies to tickets directly purchased from Sedona Training Associates.  A ticket purchased or transferred from a private party is not eligible for any changes, extensions or cancellations. 
 
mp3/aac Refund Policy
Please note: any mp3 or aac products purchased from our site are non-refundable.

Wholesale Refund Policy, Including Coach and Instructor Purchases


Product purchased at wholesale prices, which includes all coach and instructor purchases, is non-refundable. Product that is received defective or damaged by wholesaler, coach or instructor may be returned to STA for replacement.
